Great food! plus the traveling kitchen is great for big rural events
We went to a wedding dinner where this company provided the food. The fruit and cheese appetizer table was beautiful as well as having a huge variety! My family loved the variety of food that the bride and groom chose as well. It was a mix of "southern" cuisine (calf fries!) as well as a very elegant side of the menu with a chicken entree and green beans with almonds! It was delicious and prepared there at the wedding! The rolls were also wonderful and the chef was able to bring us more straight from the oven when we got low!
